One on One
An initial assessment is a chance for me to understand your goals and outline a course of action to meet those goals. It is also a chance for me to gather information regarding your medical history and current nutrition and fitness habits. At this time, you will be asked to sign releases and ask any questions you have about the process and programs I offer.
One-on-One Personal Training Only
Initial Assessment/Goal Setting $35/hour (1-2 hrs. required)
Personal Training $45/ hour
Packages:
- 6 one-hour sessions $245 ($25 savings)
- 10 one-hour sessions $400 ($50 savings)
Custom Programs
Initial Assessment/Goal Setting $35/hour (1-2 hours required)
Pay week to week at $45 an hour or we can work out a package to fit your nutrition and fitness needs.

- Weekly check-ins & food journal review - $20 (30 minutes)
